ShopTick  ·  iOS app by Phivolt Srls  ·  Last updated: October 18, 2026

ShopTick keeps your shopping list private: it stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account, and the developer has no access to it. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

Data We Collect

ShopTick stores only what you enter yourself: the items on your shopping list, whether they are checked off, and the categories you use. The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and collects no usage data, no analytics, and no advertising identifiers.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your list is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is synchronized only to your own private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. Synced data lives in your private CloudKit database within the app's iCloud container. The developer cannot see, access, or retrieve it.

Apple Services

Syncing your list across your devices is performed by Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Tracking

The app contains no analytics frameworks, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers and no third-party SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your items remain until you remove them. You can delete individual items or all checked items in the app; when iCloud sync is on, these deletions also apply on your other devices. Deleting the app removes the copy on that device. To remove the synced copy from iCloud, open the iCloud storage settings of your Apple Account, select ShopTick and delete its data.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children. It stores only the information you enter, as described above.
